Announcement too long in IVR?

Hi, i have recordered a message of 4.5 Megabyte (2 minutes long)
It does not work: if i call the ivr i don’t hear anything.

In console i see that it plays it, without error, but nothing cames out of the speaker

what to do?

i need to have a text so long cause we have to explain a service …

ivr could not be the right choiche, but what could be?

Is there any setting to change to enable playing of long messages?

It would appear that this is unrelated to FreePBX. To troubleshoot, determine what file format the recording is in, and confirm that its compatible with astierks. You may also try rerecording/converting the file in a different format, and trying again.
