Announcement / IVR before dial-out

Hello friends!

We use different SIP-trunks for different destinations. I.e. there are SIP-trunks to use for landline national calls and trunks for mobile national calls etc. Outbound routes are configured to select the apropriate tunk.
While landline calls are free, calls to the mobile phone network are charged. So I would like to have an announcement or IVR, that is played to the caller, before the call is processed to the trunk, if it is a toll call. An IVR would be the best (press 1 to connect the call), but an annoucement also would do the job.

Is that possible?
