when am use codec or audio that stored in FreePBX all work fine
but their is no audio when am try to make My own Announcement

What codec are you using?
If you did a tail -f /var/log/asterisk/full it will tell you why that file didnt play, normally they are due to permission or format (and yes codec too)…
