Announce Name Before Greeting on extension Voicemail

Is it possible to force the recorded name to be played before the greeting when reaching an extensions voicemail?

Of course - you can disable playing the “default” voicemail greeting and play one of your own.

Thanks Dave. We are trying to continue using the default greeting and also play the name recording before it.

The default message is just a recording. You can create a new system recording and call it “new_voicemail” and include the old voicemail greeting as the second part.
