Analyzing Call Traffic

I’m looking for some software application to sift through the call logs and provide information about who is answering the phones, how long people are waiting on hold, and more. Anyone know of anything like this?

Assuming you are using a Distro system on a PC platform, look through the Commercial Modules. I think there’s one that does that. @tm1000 Andrew should be able to point you in the right direction if there are any questions.
