It happened to me many times when an agent(extension) has problem,the whole queue will not go on. When client call the queue they will hear the system says:"some extension is busy and not available. The client will be redirect to the voice mail.
I am using trixbox 2.8.02. It never happened when I used astrisk.
Any idea ?
