I tried to use the Superfecta “Send to email” Data Source to get an e-mail notification for every inbound call. However, this only works if the caller’s name can be resolved. Any other ideas how to get an e-mail notification for every inbound call?
EDIT: Already filled in the parameter “Default CNAM” to no avail.
Add the “Abandon lookup” Data Source just before the email and fill in something to set it to if nothing else is found. (It doesn’t actually stop the lookup – it will still move on and send the email. At least, it does when I tested it in debug just now.)
