[Amportal-users] What does this message mean in the reports

Hi,

In the reports section of FreePBX I have the following message in red:

YOU MUST ACCESS THE CDR THROUGH THE ASTERISK MANAGEMENT PORTAL!

What does this mean? I am getting data in the CDR since I can see it in
the recordings section under the call monitor. I do not seem to be able
to retrieve any data in the reports section. What so I look for to debug
this problem. Is there something I can see through the CLI or the logs?
