here are my viatalk settings:

authuser=Telephone Number*
canreinvite=yes
dtmf=inband
dtmfmode=inband
fromuser=Telephone Number*
host=houston-1.vtnoc.net
insecure=very
nat=yes
qualify=yes
secret=password
type=peer
username=Telephone Number*

Registration:

Telephone Number*:password@houston-1.vtnoc.net/Telephone Number*
