[Amportal-users] Send to Operator during the day

I am trying to find a way to have the operator extension ring when the receptionist is in and then just have the Auto attendant pickup if she is not here(lunch). I am using the most recent Freepbx, Asterisk and the phone for the receptionist is the Polycom 601. Does any one have any suggestions?
 
 
I do also have a night and day IVR setup.
