[Amportal-users] problems to call brazil from germany

Hi,

I have some problems calling to Brazil from Germany. About 90% of the time,
the caller will hear the famous “all circuits are busy message”. Taking the
cell phone and calling the number just after trying via asterisk works well,
so it seems that I have some problem with my asterisk configuration. Calling
to US via the Asterisk works well, local and national calls too.

I have a PRI card as the telephony interface where the calls go out. The users
have to prefix the number that they want to dial with a 0 to dial out. This
number gets removed. Numbers that not start with a 0 are treated as internal.

see my zapata.conf and the logs of a failed call to brazil below.

Any idea why I might have these problems with calls to Brazil as I am a bit
clueless because calls to US works fine? Any hint is really appreciated.

kind regards
Sebastian
