[Amportal-users] Problem with TDM400P

Simple solution (assuming you don’t mind loosing hardware detection) is to turn off kudzu:

  1. run ntsysv
  2. scroll down to kudzu and turn off the * (with the space bar)
  3. tab to OK, press enter

Now when you reboot, kudzu won’t run, and it won’t prompt you about the TDM400P it mistakes as an ISDN interface (which it resembles).

To clean up the zaptel installation, try doing a rebuild_zaptel.

Subject: [Amportal-users] Problem with TDM400P

Hi, I use tdm400p with one fxo module and one fxs module and trixbox last version, my problem is every time I reboot, the Hardware Detection says:
" Tiger Jet Network Inc. Tiger3XX Modem/ISDN interface, configuration has been removed".
Then, it finds it again and asks me to configure an IP Address or set to DHCP, but for Digium support this is normal but I dont’t view a trunks ZAP that I have created.
With ztcfg -v I have:
Configuration file is /etc/zaptel.conf
line 0: unable to open master device '/dev/zap/ctl’
1 error detected

Thanks.
Salvatore.
