Hello,
Â
Using Asterisk without any additions (AMP, etc.), my multiline phones will ring with multiple call appearances on each configured line.
Â
After installing AMP, or installing a new installation of Trixbox (v 1.1), if a user is on the phone, the second caller goes straight to voicemail.
I’ve poked around the dialplan, but nothing jumps out at me, so…is there something in the modifications that AMP makes (or that Trixbox
comes native with) that would cause the “direct to voicemail” behavior? If so, could someone point me at the appropriate place in the
dialplan, so I can figure out how to make it stop?
Â
Thanks in advance,
Â
Patrick W. Foster

Dial *72 to turn on call waiting (or edit /etc/amportal.conf so that
call waiting is enabled by default for new extensions).
