Hi,
This is due to firewall you need to set firewall setting and allow RTP port
in Rtp.conf or you can change port according to your firewall setting in
Rtp.conf
Also make following changes
In sip_nat.conf
nat=yes
externip=61.16.232.251 (external ip of asterisk box)
localnet=10.0.0.44/255.255.255.0 (internal ip of asterisk box)
canreinvite=no
In Device option change (sip.conf)
nat=yes
qualify=yes
