[Amportal-users] DID installation

I’ve installed a DID from LES.NET using Free PBX. This is what I did:

DID Number: 514-555-1234
Caller ID Number: 514-555-1234

Destination: [Extension Number]

What else do I have to do to make work? I am using Version 2.1.1 of FreePBX.

Thank you,

Nelson Tactuk

I did it, but I still receive the same message from the “Digital
Receptionist”. I will reload the box to see what happens.

Thank you,

Nelson

Cool! Now I have the main message when I dial the number, but I need

doesn’t work, what can I do next?

I presume by the main message you mean “Digital Receptionist” if so then
probably you should change an Inbound Routing of the DID number to an
appropriate extension number. It is under the “Set Destination” section of
the “Inbound Routing” → “Incoming Route” → “YOUR_DID_NUMBER” page.
