AMI stops Asterisk after enabling.How can i solve it?

I am using Asterisk 16 with PJSIP realtime when i am enabling AMI from manager.conf and reload manager or core restart asterisk stops working.I get errors below:

1)manager.c: Failed to initialize manager MWI handling

2)manager.c: Manager subscription error

And my credentials in manager.conf are below:

[general]

enabled=yes

webenabled=yes

httptimeout=120

port=5038

bindaddr=0.0.0.0

[test]

secret=123456

permit=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0

read=

write=command,agent,call,system,reporting

eventfilter=!Event: Command
