I’m trying to replicate some custom context behavior with a new Trixbox installation. I have a set of time conditions to play an announcement of “Good Morning”, “Good Afternoon”, or “Good Evening”. I then chain to an announcement of “Thank you for calling…”. Then “If you know your party’s extension…”. Finally I go the the IVR and play “You can press 0 or wait and be transferred to the operator.”. Is there any way to allow the caller to dial an extension while the various announcements are being played?
