I work for an ISP. I would like the ability to have our agents put up a message/announcement without giving them full access to the PBX.
i.e. currently I have an announcement before hitting the Tech Support Queue.
“Currently all systems are 100%.” -> tech queue.
curious if you got this working and if so, please electorate on what exactly you did.
you can assign a feature code (and password protect it) for recordings in the System Recordings module. You can then use that feature code to update the message.
Thanks for the suggestion Philippe. I will look into that option right away. I was hoping for an elegant solution like that.
