All PJSIP extensions go down and comes up after asterisk service restart

Hi

I am using FreePBX with PJSIP extension ( All Extension are connected remotely Outside my Lan ). these were running more than 1 year. Yesterday all PJSIP extensions went down. Then I have to restart service and all extension came online.

I just wanted to know why this happened and what I can do so it does not happen in future

Restating Asterisk will disrupt registrations, that’s expected.

I am Sorry, I could no convey my issue properly. here is what I faced.

what did the logs say?

pjsip endpoint is now unreachable - for all endpoints was showing in logs

given that depth of diagnostics, then i can just say “yes, it broke, probably a network problem”
