Hi,
I have an issue where all my phones will ring themselves. i.e ext 201 will ring ext 201 !!
This happens around once a week sometimes it can happen 2 or 3 times a day.
I have read posts that suggest i may be being hacked but i cant see any extra usage etc which would suggest foul play.
On going from this i then have an an issue of active calls hanging and staying open, is there any way of restarting this service without restarting the whole PBX?

Your best bet is to provide a call trace of one of these events.

is this at home? do you have upnp turned on in your router? if so turn it off.

It happens on all my PBX’s all up to date latest versions and the all different phones so i have ruled out the hardware.
I have spoken to the SIP providers and they cant see the call so this would suggest it is FreePBX.
I have found these in the logs

I don’t have a 4001 user and i am not sure of the 85.114.105.195 address

Just thought i would let you know this has been fixed after some investigation in to fail2ban.
