Continuing the discussion from Intercom usage:
Our intercom / paging works fine, but recently found a customer stating when performing an “all page” it mutes active calls for the duration of the page.
I know nothing about asterisk or the PBX, just trying to help our guy find what the issue might be.
if i remember correctly there is a setting in the page group definition where you specify whether the page ignores busy extensions or not.
Thank you. To be more specific, when performing a single page / intercom, a busy response is indicated if that person is on a call. Only when performing an all page to a page group is when active calls are muted.
