All lines show busy

Hi there,

I am facing an issue. I have 4 registered trunks that we’ve been using until Friday. Today I can’t make any call as all the lines show busy on my softphones on every extension.

Any tips please?

I have checked with the voip provider and it’s not an issue with them but with my server. somehow it doesn’t work today

  1. where is your PBX? Local or cloud?
  2. did the external IP or internal IP network change for the PBX?
  3. did your provider state whether they see a connection on our trunk to your PBX or not?
