We have a FreePBX 6.12.65-26 with asterisk 11.16.0 with a symmetrical 100/100 internet connection. We are experiencing sporadic and intermitted “all circuits are busy” from the build in asterisk voice. The MTR to our trunk provider shows 0.0% loss during the issue and I cannot find anything abnormal in the asterisk -rvvvvvvv command. Our trunk maximum channels are set to 50,000 (well over the amount we currently use). The FreePBX GUI shows everything checked and working in the System Overview during the issue. Both the asterisk and mysqld services or running as well. The most perplexing part of the issue is it only happens for 60 -180 seconds and then resolves itself. I have attempted to call a specific number during the issue to make it simpler to view in the /var/log/asterisk logs and have not found anything that looks out of place to me.
