vitelity did not include the username/password field. Should it be included??? It is in the register string.

Pretty sure that your outbound settings is wrong at

host=inbound1.vitelity.net

there are bunch of dservers that accept calls like

outbound22.vitelity.net

When you log in to Vitelity they should have examples as to how to set up your system, specific to yourself.

nope that is the wrong host. I loose registration with that hostname.

As I say, check with Vitelity as to which servers are appropriate for YOU to use. The outbound hosts don’t need registration, that is only for inbound calls, but need a password and user unless you have previously arranged with Vitelity for IP authority.

They have gone home for the day.

BTW, in the register string, shouldn’t it be “same as user/pass when logging into the site” user:[email protected]

Both user/pass are different for the login to there site AND the register string!

It’s all explained on their “user portal” pages, please just either go there and read or wait till tomorrow and have them read it to you instead.
