i haveon my pbx statistics :
ip phone online = 1
ip trunks online = 1
ip trunk registrations = 1

my trunk is :

host=sip.xxxxx.net
secret=xxxxxx
type=peer
context=from-trunk
allow=all
insecure=very
fromdomain=sip.xxxx.net
port=5060
qualify=yes
nat=yes
and user :
secret=xxxx
type=peer
fromdomain=sip.xxxx.net
context=from-trunk
allow=all
insecure=very

All that says is that you can’t send calls to your trunk called “gardeire”

You need to investigate why.

Unable to create channel of type ‘SIP’ (cause 20 - Subscriber absent)
what means?

One answer

“Cause 20 means that it is not registered (e.g. registration timed out and not refreshed), or possibly qualify timed out”

try from mthe asterisk CLI

sip set debug ip sip.xxxxx.net

and watch what happens when you try to make a call.

I got :
SIP Debugging Enabled for IP: xx.xx.xxx.xx

Then any sip transactions to xx.xx.xxx.xx will be displayed on your console. If you make a call and there is nothing shown then you need to fix your trunking/network.

I choose AS A STATIC IP ( BEHIN ROUTER)

External IP = I PUT MY IP ADDRESS
LOCAL NETWORKS : 192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0

Local Networks? /

log file ;
NoOp(“SIP/101-00000000”, “TRUNK Dial failed due to CONGESTION HANGUPCAUSE: 19 - failing through to other trunks”) in new stack

Without any sip debug I can’t help you anything else would be a guess.

any command for sip debug?

The one I sent you 8 messages ago.

I got the same thing before, SIP Debugging Enabled for IP: xx.xx.xxx.xx

Then as I said whenver a sip transactoion goes to or comes from xx.xx.xxx.xx, then it will be shown if xx.xx.xxx.xx is not what you are looking for then that won’t work use

sip set debug on

at this time, i don’t have any tone when I m calling external, it works with all extentions (internal), any help ?

thanks

I think you should pay for some professional support here, I am not that person :slight_smile: , the link is at the top of this page.

I agree, you have NAT issues because port 5462 is being used on your ITSP connection. Is the registry even working or are the registrations being rejected?

all light on statistics are green, registrations included.
my NAT :
YES

EXTERNELIP XX.XX.XXX.XXX
