I dont mean to be a pest but i even put in for paid support this morning and no emails or calls. This customer has been down all day, i stayed up through the night and got new install up and running. but i have no experiance on the sangoma sip gateway. i have calls going out and calls route to all extensions but get disconnected after a six second delay. comcast has a call forward for no answer but it rings on the correct extension but i pick it up and nothing but silence. I would really hate to see everyone come in for another day of 20 people with out phones…well they have outbound. thank you for any support.
