All call forward from my VOIP provider to my freepbx

Hi,

I am new in this FreePBX. And I just install elastix 2.30

My VOIP provider has forward all call that come to MY DID number to my Static Public IP.

As they said I do not need to set any trunk for incoming call.

Just need to set Inbound routes.

here is my inbound routes:
Description: DIDNum
DID Number: 19111668
Set Destination
Extentions: <100> operator

I also put Allow Anonymous Inbound SIP calls yes

This is my sip_nat.conf
nat=yes
externalnip= my static public IP
localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

The problem is when I call to my DID number, it always got fast busy tone. And extention 100 my IP phone never ring.

Do i miss some thing in here? Please help. Thank you.

First test:

Call my did number from my mobile
My ip phone extention 100 ring
I pick up the call but after 10 seconds can not hear any incoming voice.

Second test:

Call my did number from my mobile
My ip phone extention 100 ring
I pick up the call every thing work great.

After 20 minutes I try to test again

Call my did number from my mobile
My ip phone extention 100 ring
I pick up the call but after 10 seconds can not hear any incoming voice.

I want to ask do I miss some thing here, every first time call always after 10 seconds can not hear any sound.

I have a voip client program Zoiper. I try to use this and can get incoming call with out getting busy tone.

So my router nat and port forwarding should not have any problem. since i can receive incoming call at Zoiper.

Elastix does not use a legitimate FreePBX they forked it up a couple of years ago. please ask for help from them, we do not know how they hacked it up, and really have no motivation to help, Maybe you should install a real FreePBX based distro and come back. sorry.
