Alerts and Reports for Queue


I want to get alerts and reports of Queue. Please help on this.

• Reports (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly)
o List of agents checked in at any point during the day
o Time agents check in and checked out during the day
o Number of calls received by agent
o Number of calls missed by agent
o List of agents not checked in any point during the day
o List of members who forgot to check out after 8PM

• Alerts
o Number of Agents below required number
o Missed call from any agent (include duration call ringing)
o Missed call due to all agents busy
