I have a ring group that I’m trying to set a custom Alert-Info to polycom phones to use distinctive ring. When this ring group is used no Alert-Info header is sent to the phone.
I can put the exact same Alert-Info header into a Queue and have it work perfectly.
On the Queue this line is in the logs:

When using the Ring Group, this line never shows up.
I can’t see how this is anything I’m doing, but it might be; any thoughts?
