Agent Missing from Queue Reports in 2022

In 2021 data from all agents is shown in the queue reports. However, once the calendar rolled to 2022 a single agent no longer shows up in the queue reports. In Asterisk Info - Queues it shows them as logged in. In Asterisk Logfiles - Queue Log it shows them as well. Any idea why that single-agent no longer shows in the Queue Reports?
