Agent Appears Twice In Queue

Good afternoon, I have a small setup for small business and a small queue. The issue i am currently seeing that one agent is showing always in the queue even after logging off. If the agent logs in the same extension shows twice is the queue info. I have tried to force the agent out of the queue through the cli but states that the agent is not there. If both are logged in I can force the actual user out but not the duplicate. As you can see below the only difference is that the top one which is the duplicate has a space before the local. I have tried to remove the member that way also and same response.
