Customer has FaxPRO and I just upgraded them to 10.13.66-8 - Go into User Management under the extension I want, enable FAX and fill in all the forms and save and apply - go to the Inbound Route and FAX Recipient is nowhere in the list - I have reinstalled the modules Fax Configuration and Fax PRO - no change.
Ok - It was because the users had no E-Mail address defined - but that is why they bought FaxPRO - they only get the faxes through UCP - Seems like a bug…
