After Upgrade from 15 to 16 i get an UCP error in enpoint

Hi All
I have just upgraded from FreePBX 15 to 16.
seemed to go well.
But now I get a error 500 when I try to use the UCP Endpoint manager widget.

UCP ver 16.0.16
Enpoint Manager 16.0.59.50
Endpoint manager works in the backend just not in UCP
