After moving to production network, IP Trunks Online: 0 IP Trunk Registrations:0

It was working fine in my home but after I moved the server to my office (with a different network provider), no trunks any more:

IP Trunks Online: 0
IP Trunk Registrations:0

any ideas? Thx!

Hi,

There is several things to look at. Firstly is your firewall blocking the required ports? secondly depending on your provider do you need to provide them with the IP address you will be sending calls from to allow in there firewall?
