Newbie to FreePBX here.
I’ve inherited a FreePBX set up (2.10.1.9), but a configuration with bugs.
The daytime greeting works, but the after-hours greeting never gets enabled.
I’ve looked over the IVR and Time Conditions configurations, and as far as I can tell they look OK (especially since I have a working configuration to compare to).
I’ve been looking over the documentation here, but can’t find anything specific for my problem.
Can anyone suggest good documentation link, or a configuration option I haven’t thought of?
