After FreePBX upgrade my hardware is not detected

I am dangerously new to Linux.

I just upgraded FreePBX with a yum command. Now my FXO ports are not showing in my Elastix interface. The ports are listed, but only the first one is green (active), but even that one does not work.

Any suggestions where I can start to straighten this out?
