A couple of my users have reported receiving the automated email notification that a VM has been left for them, but when they look at the VM section of Zulu there is no available message to select.
They are able to call into their extension and retrieve the message manually, as well as play it from the attachment in the notification.
This problem is intermittent and I’m curious if anyone has experience with this?
