HI all,
I’m not sure if thsi has been tackled before but if it has I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Is it possible to have music on hold:-
start at a random location in a track instead of always at the beginning
and
keep track of how long it has been since a caller was last on hold and then start playing music on hold that amount of time into the track as if the track had never stopped (hope that makes sense).
