Adding multiple phones with same template

I am sure I am missing something simple here, but not able to find it yet. First install of FreePBX.

  1. Configured a Cisco template in the EndPoint Manager.
  2. Added an extension, set MAC address of first phone, template, Model, and account.
  3. Phone booted, updated firmware and works.

Now to install another phone of the same model.

  1. Added an extension, set MAC address of second phone, template, Model, and account.
  2. Phone booted, updated firmware, but shows no extension and does not have dial tone.

What am I missing?

You did setup option 66 in DHCP right? Sounds like you did but i am just checking.

I want to think I did cause the first phone worked. Since I posted this message, I have went back in and created a second Cisco template just like the first one, just a different name. Assigned it to the extension and the phone came up and worked first time. Well second boot, first was the firmware update.

Thanks for the response, this is all new to me and I am trying to figure it all out.
