Adding entry to Basefile for Yealink has no effect (EPM)

I’ve adding the following entry to the basefile for the Yealink T46G to enable Distinctive Ringing however it is not taking effect on the phone.

According to the documentation this is the correct value…

Did you reboot the phone to get the new configuration?

Yes I did reboot the phone with no effect. I’m using the latest firmware from Yealink website (.130) which may not be supported by the EPM. I’m going to try and rollback to .95 (1.13 in EPM) and see if it maybe firmware related.
