i would like to prefix the callerid(number) to add some prefix numbers that would indicate which queue the call came from. so a call to 303-123-1234 sent from queue 31 would be 313031231234.
the queue and extension follow me settings can prefix the CID NAME with SALES: or whatever, however it can not prefix the number. any way to prefix the number?
also i can do something similar through a dial-plan extension, however the freepbx dialplan seems to override my setting by resetting the callerid(num)to the trunk’s CID. it does this in ‘macro-outbound-callerid’. i can comment this out, however it get’s overwritten when i reload.
