Adding an item to section changes the order

Hi,

I am coding a module to add a Field to “Device Options” on the Extensions page. The item is added without a problem, but the “Device Options” section is moved down to the bottom of the page.

Is there any way to stop this from happening ? I would prefer for the section to remain where it is.
