I have the main queue added to each of the departments phones(example: Authorization Dept.) but I also would like to add another dept’s queue on that phone so that Authorization Dept can log into Customer Service queue to help with overflow. The phones(Polycom IP550) top left 4 buttons read the person’s NAME then PAUSE then AUTH. I would like to slip CSR(Customer Service Rep) between PAUSE and AUTH buttons. Really new with FreePBX.
