Is there a command that I could use to add a static agent to a queue via something like AMI, ARI, AGI, script, cli command or some other method.
Adding a dynamic agent creates a functionality break (Queues and Agents), so while we sort that out I am trying to see if there is a way we can add static extensions, dynamically, as a stop gap.
