Hi, i was thinking adding data to queue_log from Full Log. For example i want to add Reachable and Unreachable data to Queue_Log so that way i can see in the report which extension went online and offline. Any suggestion how to do that. Thanks
Not sure how you are processing the logs, but in case of our box, I have a script that builds the final statistic by correlating CDR log with queue-log and another additional database using uniqueid/linkedid fields.
i did it by exporting and filtering FULL log than exporting back to database.
