Add a header in 183 progress message

Hello to all.

I have a connection with an Isp through a pjsip trunk .
They use the RFC 5009 for the P- Early - Media. This means that they require that my 183 Progress message response to have the header P-Early-Media=sendrecv, so that they allow early media.

Is there a way that I can add the header in the 183 progress.

Freepbx version:15.0.17.55
Asterisk version: 16.20

No. Asterisk does not support adding a custom header to 183 Session Progress.

So the only solution I can see is to use a sip router such as kamailio in front of the asterisk to make this happen.
