After the system returns “Deployment ID” xxxxxx, press “Activate” button and the next mensage shows
Activation Status:
Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
I try from console:
fwconsole sysadmin activate xxxxx
the same message appears:
Attempting to activate against deployment 'xxxxx’
Running /var/www/html/admin/modules/sysadmin/bin/activate_existing xxxxx
Asking for deployment xxxx…Error!
Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
Activation relies on Internet access, but since you can post, we assume that you have Internet access.
Check your DNS settings - apparently 8.8.8.8 is a good “general purpose” DNS server.

I have the same problem… I tried the activation in System Admin but the error “name lookup timed out” appears.
I runned the cli command to activate but the this error appears:
[root@localhost bin]# fwconsole sysadmin activate deployment
Attempting to activate against deployment ‘deployment’
Running /var/www/html/admin/modules/sysadmin/bin/activate_existing deployment
Asking for deployment deployment…Error!
Unable to track down your deployment
My DNS is okay, all my modules is updated and I deleted all my deployments in sangoma portal. This error occur with or without firewall enabled.
Any help is welcome.
