Activation hangs

I am trying to move one system to another. I created a new system OEM And removed the activation, I went to use the new activation code and the system does not respond. There is no other system using that deployment id.

Ed your OEM system automatically create deployment IDs, please open a ticket in our support system and someone can take a look.

In this case I was trying to move the nfr to a new install of our OEM. Since I posted… Just got a script to update a FPX at 6.12.65 to our skin from tech support. Now I don’t have to replace our system. I can just change the Deployment ID then ???



Yes… deactivate, then activate.
