Action after a call


Is there a way to do something after a call? For example, after a call i would like to use the callback module to call the client and with an IVR ask them if they found a solution with the agent.

Yes, you can use the ‘H’ context an write a script to execute any code on hangup.

You can’t do it within the FreePBX interface.
