Accounts can't register after installation of Sangoma module

Hello,

I just received my Sangoma A500 module and I installed it as mentioned on:

http://wiki.sangoma.com/wanpipe-linux-asterisk-dahdi

After restarting the server, I can’t login my account.

Extra info:

I am using FreePBX (CENTOS)
PBX was working fine before (test with 1 SIP trunk)
It seems that the config files are not loaded as they should be loaded. example of error message in asterisk:

WARNING[7243]: res_phoneprov.c:922 set_config: Unable to load users.conf – Reloading module ‘cel_custom.so’ (Customizable Comma Separated Values CEL Backend)

ERROR[7243]: cel_custom.c:89 load_config: Unable to load cel_custom.conf. Not logging CEL to custom CSVs.

Can somebody give ,e a hint ?

Can’t help because we don’t know anything about your system.

If you installed the FreePBX distro from ISO please post in that forum. It’s a different project and the distro guys check it more often.

Solved after reïnstallation
I did the installation of Asterisk twice, and c that was a bad idea :slight_smile:
